Adrian Garrison Williams, known musically as Adriatic, is a producer, vocalist, and DJ. With a downtempo style dubbed ‘Neo Trip-Hop’ by the press, he has a sound heavily influenced by beat-makers Q-Tip, Dangermouse and Prince Paul— but has produced a wide spectrum of genres over his career. After releasing several instrumental CDs individually, he formed the groups Pseudoubt and Origami Bones in 2014. By 2016, Adriatic had returned to focusing on solo production work with the release of the instrumental tape Shrub via Switzerland label . T h e L o o p s . In 2019, He collaborated with Freestyle Fellowship emcee Myka 9 for their collaborative album In Motion. The pair followed the album with 2020’s Constellations EP. Since 2021, Adriatic has gone on to do extensive production work for artists across the world including Mimo, Tecah One, Tarli, Jada Brown, and more.
