Mimo's highly-anticipated release for 2022 is now available for pre-order via iTunes and the Automatic Records Bandcamp store. Word has it that some lyrics from the project have been leaked over at genius.com. Mars Took Over displays a multitude of personas that define Mimo's character, as well as her varying taste in music. Upon a first listen for someone who is familiar with her previous output, the record is a bit more murky and soulful, grooving from the sample-oriented production.
